Anglepoise.com Returns

If you would like to return your anglepoise.com purchase, please follow our simple returns process below. Please note that the item(s) must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

1. Package up your product carefully in the original packaging
2. Fill out our 'Contact Us' form here and select 'Website  - Existing Orders & Returns' in the Nature of Enquiry field, adding your Anglepoise order number and the reason for the return in the description box
3. We will come back to you to advise how to return your order to us - please note, you will need to cover the cost of shipping the product(s) back to us

Please note returns should be made within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
