If this information doesn't help, or you would like clarification on things then please contact us, and we can often resolve your issue relatively easily if it's things like assembly or items like grub screws etc. The link here will take you to a form where you can submit details and comments.
- Package up your product carefully in the original packaging
- Fill out our 'Contact Us' form here and select 'Website - Existing Orders & Returns' in the Nature of Enquiry field, adding your Anglepoise order number and the reason for the return in the description box
- We will come back to you to advise how to return your order to us - please note, there may be a shipping fee to return the product(s)
