Who do you use to ship spare parts?
We ship all spare parts using Royal Mail.
Are there currently any delivery delays?
Yes. Unfortunately, due to severe weather conditions and staff sickness, Royal Mail has reported delays in several delivery offices across the UK as of 17th February 2026.
While most parcels are still being delivered, some areas are experiencing longer transit times than usual.

How long will my delivery take?
Delivery times may be extended beyond the usual estimate of 3-5 working days in affected areas. Unfortunately, these delays are outside of our control once parcels have been handed to Royal Mail.
What should I do if my parcel hasn’t arrived?
If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf.
What can I do in the meantime?
We kindly ask for your patience and understanding while these temporary disruptions are resolved. Royal Mail is working to clear backlogs and return services to normal as quickly as possible.
