If you have placed an order on our website and it is showing as 'On Hold' in your account, please don't worry, there's no issue with your order!
Your order will show as 'On hold' while our warehouse is processing it and we are awaiting the tracking details. Once it has been despatched, your order will be marked as 'Completed' and you will receive the tracking information via email.
