Compare pricing with other reputable retailers - significantly lower prices can be a warning sign.
Review the website carefully, including contact details, returns information, and overall professionalism.
To help customers buy with confidence, we maintain a Stockists page on our website which lists all of our authorised retailers. Purchasing from one of these stockists ensures you are receiving genuine products along with the correct customer support and warranty.
We also want to reassure customers that we actively work with our IP lawyers to identify and take action against unauthorised websites selling our products. However, these sites can appear and disappear quickly, and unfortunately we are not always able to control or remove them immediately. In some cases, shutting them down can take time.
