Missing tools or grub screws

Missing an Allen Key, spanner or grub screw from your lamp or light?

Our packaging is designed to use as little cardboard as possible without compromising its durability to ensure your product arrives without any damage. 

With most of our products, the tools and grub screws (and in some cases springs and pole clips) should be found inside the lid of your box as shown below:

The smaller components are found in a little brown envelope which can often be missed. If you think you're missing this, please check all of the packaging as it may have fallen inside the box.
