How do I clean my Anglepoise lamp?

Prior to cleaning or maintenance, always switch off and disconnect you Anglepoise lamp from the electricity supply and allow the shade to cool.

Clean the lamp with a soft dry cloth only. Do not use polishing agents, water or abrasive materials when cleaning.
